The Myth of Aries

Even from the Babylonian times, Aries has been associated with springtime. Also a Babylonian pun on the hired labour employed during the spring to bring in the barley, known as the 'Sheep of Atonement'. More importantly it's rise in the skies heralds the arrival of spring: with the lambs being born and the harvest beginning.
